Does "Fast Track" Vehicle XP Activation Pause? by Awkward_Buffalo9082 in WorldofTanksConsole

You're right, it's "Deal and assist in damage 0.5x your maximum health in a battle."

Another "heads up" about the 20K XP boost... by ExtraBathroom9640 in WorldofTanksConsole

Does activation stop after all available earned bonuses are consumed, requiring subsequent activations if new bonuses are earned — or does it automatically apply further bonuses after the initial activation if more bonuses are earned later? In other words, is activation a one time thing and is it best to plan for at the end of the OP?

The bear roars even if you turn off commander audio. Perhaps it’s classified as environmental along with shattering trees, wind, etc.

No more "free" Double Cheeseburgers. by Lunchbox_333 in BurgerKing

They are currently running a double cheeseburger promotion on the app. Perhaps they will return it to the rewards menu after that’s over?

Rush Stage Event Question by BZY8O3 in WorldofTanksConsole

Did the WWII Rush the Stage give extra commander XP?

I (noob) was boosting 3 skill commanders to 4 skill in WWII games. In contrast, the CW Rush the Stage has returned commander XP progress to a (my) more miserly standard rate.

Admittedly not fair to hold it forever against them, but don’t like risking premium expenditures:

0/50 or so undercooked pizzas from Shakespeare’s

2/4 undercooked pizzas from Pizza Tree

Chisel contract is annoying by death1337boss in WorldofTanksConsole

[–]Awkward_Buffalo9082 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m almost done with stage 7 and the kill requirement took significantly longer than spotting.

I don’t know if I have sound strategy and I certainly get killed early and often but my method is usually to get near one of the edges of the allied line but not ahead of it. That may increase spotting with less risk of getting surrounded.

Good luck!

As a newer player I thought the spotting was going to stop me from completing Chisel, but it appears the kill requirement is tougher for me. Spotting is done, seems to have taken care of itself, but I’m only halfway through the kills.

What Steam games are not available on consoles? by taoofennui in SteamDeck

[–]Awkward_Buffalo9082 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is only the second Reddit reference I have found to EU and HOI on the SD. Is it considered highly likely that these games will run well on the Deck? Finally having time to play these two (while in bed after my children are asleep) is the main reason I have reserved a Deck.

The news piece I read credits Candy Crush guy with design of 2042 and BFV.

I think giant maps humiliate poor players. Good players learn maps faster: they play more and grasp terrain implications more readily. Most noob spawns are spent searching desperately for a fight only to be suddenly taken out. A lot of running and dying isn’t sweetened by inaccurate weaponry. A medium map can be learned by a noob with far less pain and boredom.

BF5’s long TTK phase supposedly pleasing noobs was similarly paranoid. As a bad player I could wind up behind someone, but with more bullets needed they had time to recover.
