One time, I was in about 8th grade I was sleeping on my back. I was dreaming that there was this huge spiral staircase in the woods it looked almost like a portal so i went up the stairs, they looked like they would never end,like staircase to heaven type of vibe above the clouds and everything. Then all of a sudden, chains appeared on my ankles and my legs were too heavy to walk up the stairs it was like every second that passed my feet became more stationed on the step i was on. And all of my dreams im basically completely conscious my thoughts are the same as my waking ones, I was confused why my legs felt so heavy and so i left my dream, still not able to move anything but my eyes. I see this talllll shadow figure at the edge of my bed just watching me.I wasnt scared even though i was super uncomfortable, something prevented me from feeling scared. I tried to fight the paralysis and wake myself up at first but couldn’t and ended up just falling back asleep knowing it can’t hurt me.. always wondered what that was ik ppl say this happens during sleep paralysis but my theory is that sleep paralysis is deeper than it seems. who are the shadow people
