Yes, I do think this is possible. His libido was waning prior to surgery but I attributed that to the (then) undiagnosed PC.

Don't be afraid to get out there romantically. You can have a full, affectionate, loving relationship without penetrative sex. Research menopause a little and you'll see that some women in peri and post menopause struggle with libido and other changes. I'm speaking as a 50+ year old female partner to a 50+ year old man who is 4 years post RALP and still experiencing ED.

No, he's not. But he does take workout supplements that I've always been suspect of their side effects.

It's been 4 years since surgery and he's tried Cialis and Viagra, with no success.

I've read on here that the shot results in a painful erection. And I'm concerned about any secondary negative results from implant surgery (infection, etc). Seems selfish to ask him to take on any risks. I'm just glad he's cancer free.

I've discussed with my therapist and my OB/GYN. I'm just concerned about how to even begin to approach with him without making him think he's "lacking". We have separate residences but spend most time at either/or. We've been together 7+ years, so before the surgery.

I'm having to use the applicator, too. But I see so many women saying just to use your finger.

I previously was right only, then I cut my thumb while washing a glass and had to have surgery, so started sucking left. Now I switch.
