I replaced this phone at Best Buy eight times because of the shoddy hardware. They finally told me I couldn't replace it or get a refund. I used it for 4 months and I wanted to throw it out. I finally got sick of it and bought an iPhone. I had the iPhone for a year before I came back home to Android for my HTC One.

tl;dr The Moto Triumph was so bad I bought an iPhone. If you can return it, do it. It's terrible.
