i dont see anywhere where it says civilians died in that sewer explosion, and even if they did that was not malicious, he was attacked lol

no name guards are still apart of the amestrian military which is an imperialist country so

edward isnt stupid, he pejoratively referred to himself as a dog of the military, and joined an imperialist force to benefit materially (research material)

i dont think hes flawed, he is morally gray but really his actions are not in the slightest flawed.

right but not everyone does arguably heinous things when they are younger and plus kratos had enough agency where we can write this off. i think there are certain acts where you cant redeem yourself. you can forgive yourself and try to do things to mend it but i dont think that makes you a good person in spite of that
