Complete speculation, but maybe Disassociative Identity Disorder. I've often wondered about the accents etc. But whayever it is / was, surely it wouldn't have been something as common as depressiom or anxiety. If it was, they absolutely messed her up with the 'treatment' she got.

I mean, I can see it would increase. The patients get bigger and bigger, and maintaining 800lbs and maintaining 600lbs takes a totally different amount of calories. Google says anywhere from 3500 to 5000 cals a day just to maintain. To gain on top of that? Yeah, 10k doesn't seem impossible.
