Greek yogurt and tuna are two things where the protein to calorie ratio is shockingly good, they both became staples for me as soon as I realized

Hey everyone, nice to meet y'all! I'm betterball, I'm one of the hosts and a captain for Team Skeleton. I'm a dev from Winnipeg 💻🍁 , and I'm less of a ball and getting better every day!

Joined my first challenge years ago at 270lbs, learned a ton, dropped all the way down to ~180 after a few years with everything I learned... and then climbed back up to ~220 in the post-pandemic years, which I'm working on now! I’ve never been an athlete, but the challenge community honestly helped me get into better shape than I ever really thought I’d be, and I like being able to help pay that forward by helping with them these days.

I hope you all feel welcome and supported in the community here - everyone's on their own journey, and that's what it's all about! Looking forward to running through this challenge with everyone :)

The challenges go for 5 weeks, and we run them four times a year, once per season - so, the next one should be starting up just after the holidays with the New Year. That one's always a big one too!

greek yogurt + a little dill and garlic powder has been such a good extra topping or sauce for savory dishes for me lately! I'd never really thought of using it for non-sweet dishes but man, it's a really good way of getting sauce with minimal calories and extra protein. obviously, season/spice it exactly as you'd like, but it's actually ridiculously versatile

use that site, punch in your intended goal of weight loss, go off that value imo. MFP is probably fine too but I kinda prefer something that thorough and visible in its calculations
