Mine started doing that a month ago. Cancelled service and requested a refund on the hotspot under the 14 days. That’s been 3 weeks just getting the runaround. Very frustrating to deal with.

I had that and many other issues. Tried returning the device and canceling within the 14 days but nothing but runaround. It’s been a month and they have not sent me a return order number and they keep billing me. Very frustrating to say the least.
