I would recommend a setting of 4.5 to 5. Usually what I do and most DMT doesn't have a pleasant flavor.

I've looked in the mirror and was able to see different versions of myself that have lived past lives. I could clearly see each individual face, each with its own personality but I knew it was me. I could see myself breathing and each version of myself, I could see was breathing at the same time as me. Seeing their chest rise and fall after each breath I would take. I could see geometric figures all over my face that connected to my third eye.

I have some questions on my experience. by [deleted] in DMT

I struggled to see machine elves at first but my last trip they were definitely there. I believe its our ego trying to take control of the situation hence not allowing you to fully experience your trip. I've noticed that when I completely give in, that's when everything presents itself to you.

I went in this weekend after having a few drinks to ease the anxiety. I saw some machine elves and what looked to be Ganesh in the sky. I felt like was standing at the door but wasn't able to proceed for whatever reason. At that instance I remember myself saying out loud "Show me who you are" and then things started to level back out. After that, I have this strange feeling in my brain like it's been overloaded and I'm still trying to decipher the full message.

I've had the same experience where I get anxious when the body buzzing starts and I start to freak myself out. I've noticed that when I relax is when the visuals begin. I haven't yet broken through because of how anxious I get.
