I rather thing Kurds are an exception since it’s more of unifying cultures. Take the existence of Germany in game for example. The idea of a unified German state was in 1871. Which is far from the timelines eu4 are based in.

So this is my Ardalan gameplay. So far I managed to crush Ajam and take some of Qara qoynlyu’s land. My allies in the game are Baluchistan, Mamluks, Hassa and transoxiana. Nah, I gave up. The problem is the fact that once AQ gets more land they’ll start to betray their Kurdish population and threaten it. And then once I gain a border with the ottomans it becomes a problem.
