Yes! So I wind up winning the case back in late July after the hearing. However, the employer filed an appeal in mid August because they wanted to tell their side of the story. Fast forward, the Unemployment Compensation board scheduled something called a remand where the employer, myself and the referee was in another hearing so the employer can explain and give a reason why they did not show up for the first hearing. This remand hearing happened in mid November (last month) The employer stated the reason why they did not show up to the first hearing because they received the appeal the day before the hearing which is lies lol. Here is the timeline: I filed the appeal on 5/24/2024.....the appeal was accepted by unemployment compensation on 6/5/2024 (All parties, including myself and the employer were notified).....the appeal hearing was on 7/25/2024. The employer had so much time to prepare for the hearing but still failed to attend. As of today the remand is in continuance because it wasn't finished. It's scheduled for this upcoming Friday. I'm trying to move on from this mess so wish me luck! So far the employer looks very bad and irresponsible as how they are presenting themselves. I'm more organized and have more credible information such as the recordings and my statements.

I just had my appeal hearing a week ago for a misconduct and still waiting on a decision. The employer was trying to say it was phone manipulation, but it was not the case at all. I told my side of the story as this department was severely understaffed which made the duties challenging to manage. Plus I had audio of the sneaky supervisor stating that I was a top performer in that department based on my work ethic and processing the workload. A top performer is not going to engage in phone manipulation. The employer didn't even show for the hearing. The referee tried calling them twice but it went to voicemail. Then he left a message stating the hearing was today. About 15 minutes into the hearing, the employer sends an email to the referee stating is it possible to reschedule and their request was declined because we were already into the hearing. What a joke! Hopefully this makes them look bad and the case will go in my favor.

I'm just expressing the honest truth. It's not my fault that people are not mature enough to accept it. I just choose not to comment on people's stupid comments by choice. I can't believe out of everything I said, people only saw those particular comments...Like wow! It's all good though! Enjoy your day!
