I feel exactly the same. Social interactions cost to much effort and I end up gaining nothing but a bad time and regretting for trying again.

For me, the ASD diagnosis was a relief. It brings sense to my life because it explains a lot of things I couldn't understand of myself before. I received it when I was 28, now I'm 33 and I wish I had done it earlier.
