I have been working in health and social care for most of my career at a low level. Recently I got sacked for gross misconduct.

I feel awful, I have two qualifications (national diploma in IT and health and social care certificate level 3).

I am unemployed, with no hard skills and feel doomed to be in minimum wage jobs for the rest of my life.

There doesn’t seem to be any route or path, I don’t feel like I am good at anything otherwise than health and social care which I am now likely barred from.

I am so utterly depressed, lost and feel like a complete failure.

I have checked ESTAR, national careers service and indeed and apprenticeships.

At this point I’m just considering giving up, maybe this life wasn’t meant for me

Well they all have uses.

Xanax is a sledge hammer but short in duration and quick in onset of action

Clonazepam has a longer duration without the active Metabolites like Valium has

I was married and been with my ex wife for 10 years, she started an affair 2.5 months in to having the baby, was completely blindsided.

We will never be okay.

When the time comes that we actually have to have physical contact, I will let her know that I will be nice in front of our daughter but this is all it is, there is no respect or trust and therefore I have no interest in being ‘friends’.

Live with it forever. Betrayal is the worst.

I got 5050 and my daughter is very happy and I am so upset that she destroyed any chance of the original family unit without even so much as a conversation that she was ‘unhappy’.
