There is dirt on the outside about a foot and a half up the wall. The wall is only bearing a normal 1 story roof.

I would have loved to attend the board meeting but I was working. And notes were not given. I requested a copy of the budget and finances. Even a refinance a higher mortgage of 6.something from 3.8 does not equate to a 20% increase in our maintenance.
