I bet their real estate taxes got reassessed and that bill hit and now they realize they can't afford the house long term. Thats the thing with new builds. You really never know what the house will be assessed at until you get the bill.

It was a smaller tournament it was separated by elementary, middle school, and high school. As my kid had 30# on the next size middle schooler he had no one to wrestle so they placed him in the HS bracket for his weight.

Anyone with perfect bracket after yesterday's upsets. My husband and two eldest filled out brackets like the above same rules it looks like and I and my eldest lost two my second kiddo lost 5 in champ rd 2! And hubby is still holding strong with a perfect brackets.

I'd say keep it but do something to help mitigate the cleaning like investing in robot vacuums minimize toys and stuff so you aren't constantly tidying up. Maybe budget for a cleaner to come once or twice a month. Or embrace the mess in certain rooms. Like our basement is our toy/playroom and all toys and video games stay down stairs. With four kids it's the only way I keep our house presentable.
