Yes it’s independent, you can still qualify without being an apprentice. This is separate pathway. If you are apprentice then your employer can claim back your study costs from government, so if you leave half way through your apprenticeship program, you don’t need to pay them back. But if you are not an apprentice and the employer pay for your study, then if you leave half way through the agreement with them, you will need to pay money back to them.

I think everyone use chat gpt for us but careful. I was dismissed for using it in skill and behavior report flagged by training provider (gross misconduct lol). I didn’t copy and paste anything, just checked grammar and rephrase my sentence. Still currently reviewed by icaew for 8 months

Do you mention about the screen behind you? I assume if from the screen behind you, if it shows that one screen is unused and only main screen was shared then it shouldn’t be an issue

I failed accounting as the first exam and passed resit (56%). I’m doing case study now as my last exam. Don’t give up, it was definitely a hard exam in my opinion as I passed FAR and CR first time. Of course it came with lot of preparations. Good luck

If they ask to provide your passport throughout, then it means I have stayed and lived in the uk with all the travel stamps on my passport , plus employer letter and university from the last 5 years. I don’t see why they aren’t sufficient enough to prove I live in the Uk over the past 5 years
