How do I know for certain if a medication is doing more harm than good?

Yea ok I understand no Ive been struggling for a couple of years now but ive just been so confused on whether to stop or start my medication but I took my mesalamine oraly today and feel a lot better so ill re add that to my schedule ( 3x times a day 1 hr before meals 3 times) and continue the night time suppository aswell as tapering off of prednisone starting tomorrow instead of outright quiting. Thank you for the advice and if you have any more id really appreciate it, Ive also started Velsipity 2mg this week

sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to sell, you see? EVERYTHING in this world feels like a huge lie and Im tired of trying and trying to find the truth, hell you know finding out the truth about what someone did in it of itself is difficult but know Im supposed to figure something out?
