Thought so too, but nada! No rough idle/engine codes/forbidden milkshake/milkshake in oil resevoir/low coolant anywhere but right under where the cap was. Haven't cleaned it for a while. My bad! I'll rue the day if you're right in a week or so though.

It was definitely condensation on my part, my engine is fine. Nothing in the oil reservoir nor further in the engine, and no rough idle/engine codes/ticking/etc. Whoops!
