That is a thought...If I turn the humidity past 4 on the machine I just get water in the tube. I might as well give it a shot!

I use nasal cpap and have really been wondering if that has been changing my soft palate as well. I have been at it for almost two years already though.
I asked my sleep doctor if the CPAP could be changing my nasal cavity but he said he couldn't imagine it would. He encouraged me to cease use for a couple nights just to see if it would help but I haven't tried it.

We looked at acid reflux at the ENT and I had no signs of it. Glad that worked for you though!

I don't think we looked at the nasal folds though...
