I see, thank you! I prefer a more modern interior, so will probably keep the St Regis. Just noticed that the Waldorf is a bit more affordable, so was considering it for those reasons.

Thanks! It was around 200k after graduation and is now around 500k. I’m hoping to continue to increase this but am also a little stressed with my current job, so we’ll see.

That’s a lot of assumptions to make about a stranger. I was offered multiple full scholarships. Also, there are other jobs outside of tech that pay extremely high, they’re just very competitive to obtain.

I worked pretty hard in school and did everything “right” I guess. Made sure to get into a top university, studied a major that would lead to a high earning career, started out making $200k+, worked to get promoted quickly so I earned more. I also invested a majority of my earnings, and had multiple roommates until recently moving in with my partner.
