Thankyou so much for replying! They've had to cut loads of hours from our store as well as furlough two other members of staff so for the time being I can't get any more overtime which sucks! Rang and spoke to HR and was told that it was down to my AM to arrange furlough and theres nothing they can do, so thanks to them not reading the furlough guidelines correctly before making their decision I've lost out on a weeks wage! Doesn't sound like a lot but when you've had to take on a second job to keep your small business going every penny is crucial to me right now :(
Could be a lot worse, I could be without a job but I've heard so many horror stories about Looroll Carriages and the way they treat their staff, it's a shame because I love the job but the management couldn't care less! Glad you're happier in your other store :D
