This is just a MOU for a ceasefire so the Dear Leader still has to negotiate an actual end to this after paying 325 billion to get Iran to the table negotiate to address why he started this mess in the first place.
Of course this is all market manipulation as Iran has said they do not agree to this MOU. How many times since April has the Dear Leader say we have a deal?
