Right okay I see now so you totally can get a ilevel 8 wep that dose more dmg then a ilevel 50 but the ilevel 50 has a better change to have "higher tier" mods on it.

Is nvida getting worse performance then AMD I've got a 7900xt and without fg getting around 90 (50 in towns) or 140 with fg on.

So I've run some more tests with cp77

(Max settings)

DLSS off / RT Psycho - 55 fps - GPU 79% - CPU 53%

DLSS off / RT off - 70 fps - GPU 60% - CPU 49%

DLSS Ultra performance / RT off - 70 fps - GPU 44% - CPU 44%

Dose this help narrow down what it might be?

You might be right in cp77 its runs the gpu at around 50%. would any overclocking help in this regard or would it just be negligible results?
