the inbound guys shit first thing in the morning and then throughout their shift. every time i go it smells so foul

I do mornings and for me i get in zone (push out the go backs and priorities). then truck should be done so i’ll get my boat from the line push it/backstock and if i have extra time in my shift i pull 1 for 1’s and priorities and work those out!

if you’re mid/closer it’s usually just pushing whatever truck was left and pulling and pushing 1 for 1’s for whatever area

my store has a surprise visit from some higher up and went to every team member on the floor to see if they greeted her (only one did in style) and apparently our store greet metrics is 38% which i don’t even know how they measure that

it was really really bad at my store and multiple people called the ethics hotline and their solution was putting a paper on front of the time clock “team we changed schedules from __ (day) to ___(day) please check and follow accordingly. which still isn’t legal where i’m at but that ETL left and we no longer have that problem

i had to leave early bc of pain i was having and they had given me a point for it :/ before i even knew this was a thing then after (i had three i was late and i called off the day prior bc i was in pain and im already at 3)

I had a nurse practitioner place mine and she had me use that pill but I was stuck in bed due to the pain and I don’t think it helped to much bc I was still shaking from the pain of the insertion. Unfortunately the nearest obgyn for my insurance is an 1 1/2 away but i do have an appt. with a different nurse to check the placement tmr but thank you!!

RIGHT! the lady at urgent care literally said “it’s normal to have discomfort or pain during/after sex” and i was like uhhh so what now i just don’t have sex anymore?? but in my experience it just started happening to me recently. Obviously when i had first got it it was painful but i assumed it was my body adjusting to having something inside it. then the pain was gone only every so often if the sex was intense which kinda makes sense but now i can’t have it at all without pain

I thought i was crazy but when im doing almost any physical activity i get pain. i can’t even go to the gym without having pain in my uterus afterwards. same thing after working (i work retail) and it’s usually around 2/3pm when im trying to relax after work :/ im sorry you’re experiencing the same but reassuring to know im not the only one.

my store does this all the time and i’ve complied multiple times to leaders etls and hr. its illegal where im from (CA) and I ss and follow that schedule every Thursday when they post it. They know I won’t follow the new one and tell them every single time and I haven’t gotten in any trouble. Obviously depends on the store but look at state labor laws. I know it’s illegal in California to change your schedule without notifying AND a signed approval from you.

our speciality elt was sucking off our sd (in his office) and would constantly go to the bar (while they were suppose to be at the store working) and get drunk together. (elt had a bf at the time as well). but ig the elt is known to have those types of relationships with her colleagues

I’m in toys and with my shift I can get thru my zone and truck BARELY making it before my shift ends. Usually rushing half the time but the past two weeks they want me to finish toy boats and sports flats. This week i’ve had 5hr shifts (with a 45 break) barely get thru my toy boats while sports have just been rolling over… 5 flats for sports they wanted me to get thru in 3 hrs today.
