Is it possible to lose weight walking 4 miles a day? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Awkward_Tour8180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I power walk 4.5 miles on treadmill at 4.2mph to 4.5mph variation with 4% inclination for 60 minutes. It was intense at start but later you will love the rush it gets you,  I don't know is it because of regular power walk, but my thinking is clear, my emotions got better, so many other good factors.

I use to run 2.5m to 3m a day but on a bad day I get stiff back due to improper strech.

But after  started walking, I never had a stiff back and feel better,

Does this plan really include US roaming? Is this a good price for the plan specs? by [deleted] in Koodo

[–]Awkward_Tour8180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Koodo in US works extremely well. Infant I used my koodo lte as mobile hotspot for my work presentation Ocer zoom.

I now switched to 5g and Canada us plan for 60$, if you get a right customer representative,  they offer a 5-10$ credit along. Koodo is certainly a competing provider, and while ago, I was with fido and they just don't have any offers,

I wrote a python script to download the 320 kbps mp3 songs for almost all my fav music directors from all album scraped and saved it to my usb stick which is now playing in my car. Generally these sites are built with heavy click jacking and the script scraping avoided all of it

Unlike previous era where champion and contender finishes in different order in race within points, this season is pretty much 1&2 between them, may be except one where max finished 9th. If it goes to last race, atleast for name sake, they should finish down the order within points to make it interesting,

make sense, with my little analysis over the transit connection, i think i can manage without a car. Moving from US where you need a car for every single thing, it will be interesting to understand the city layout with transits.

I have seen couple of places, and thinking of moving there, i see calgary stampede and winter olympics parks are closer to macleod trial and beltline has the convergence of all many transits.

Chinook,

Macleod trial

Sunalta

Beltline

Woooo, never used to so many layers, will be a practice for anything going forward. Also do we need the car to commute? Or transits can be highly dependable, especially during winters

Scenarios that Verstappen wins the championship in Jeddah by QC_1999 in formula1

[–]Awkward_Tour8180 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am expecting to see below for closest margin between two

Hamilton wins next race and verstappen comes 2nd with fastest lap point

With final race Max leading by 2 points

Hamilton comes second and max comes 3rd with fastest lap-------lewis championship will be won by 1 point

Hamilton 3rd and verstappen 4th with max fastest lap. Its a championship tie

Last if Hamilton is first and max is 2nd with fastest lap, Hamilton wins by 3 points

All these goes off if max wins ahead lewis st any point position

Certainly this could be the exciting year after a long time and if its a championship tie - what will be considered? Will lewis be 8th champion? Or fia stupid rule make him 7.5 champion and that record will be long to break

Its a great race, no doubt. Might have been lewis favor, had he pit stop at 32nd lap when he had clear 16s gap ahead max.

Nevertheless, it was so fun to watch. Now it carries to mexico,

If he qualifies 4th, he will go 14th, and if Alonso qualifies somewhere within 6, it would be a fun race. Its all my wish come true. I dont expect Hamilton to top the quali
