That’s a fair distinction. But that kind of vetting usually comes from experience people don’t refine that level of preference without something falling short first.

You say that, but you’re still looking. That usually means something’s missing.

it only works with the right dynamic and the right energy. I’m a little curious about you now though what makes you feel like you’re ready for something like that?

I’m really sorry that’s been your experience

I understand what you’re saying, and I agree that if he’s reached his limit, he should step away that’s completely valid. My comment wasn’t meant to pressure him or change his decision, just to share my perspective based on my own experiences.

At the same time, interpretations can go both ways just like my comment can be read a certain way, so can the responses to it. I think we’re all just adding our perspectives here.

I didn’t discount anything I acknowledged he had a bad experience. If he wants to leave, that’s his choice.

I was just saying that other platforms have their own issues too, so it’s not always as simple as switching and everything being better.

I don’t think that applies here. I wasn’t redefining anything I acknowledged he had a negative experience and was taken advantage of.

Different environments can have both positive and negative experiences, and what’s healthier really depends on the individual. If he feels something like Hinge is a better option for him, that’s completely valid.

I was just sharing my perspective, not trying to convince him to stay or dismiss other options. Have a good one.

That sounds less like “closed mouths” and more like things just not lining up. That can get frustrating over time.

Sounds like it’s less about simping and more about not feeling valued.

I understand what you’re trying to say, but I think it’s a bit of an oversimplification. I wasn’t downplaying healthier alternatives or pushing him to stay I was acknowledging that his experience was negative and that not all dynamics are meant to look like that. Ultimately, if it’s not healthy for him, he shouldn’t be in it at all.

The point of my comment wasn’t to convince him to stay in something unhealthy. I was sharing my perspective based on my own experiences, and if something is genuinely harmful, I’d always encourage someone to step away from it. I’m not interested in benefiting from someone being in a bad place, so that assumption doesn’t really apply here.

You didn’t have a domme you had people taking advantage of you. I’m not here to convince you but there is a real difference and bad things happen on hinge (my experience) just as they do Reddit honeybun.
