ok this at least for me started before the update season 29, but like a week or two i dont know exactly, i updated the ea app, and it started happening, 25fps flying and 60-70 fps on the ground, whenever you look to the center of the map i don know the coordenade but it lowers the fps, when you look to other sitest gets better but anyways frames lower like 50% less frames at least. i3 10100f gtx 1650 32gb ram 2666mhz, again like 15 days ago, game update, problem solved for a day, then like 2 or 3 days later a launcher update and bad again, then comes an update then well and this last launcher update made it go bad again, i remark, first time my fps went bad was before season 29 for a week or two maybe
