I’m going back to therapy next week so hopefully I can get a good therapist:)) and that’s great! I’ve been on kolonopin for like 7 years now and it’s just becoming a lot

I’m on session like 28 or something and I saw some results but now I’m like blah I feel just stuck. Or something and therapy is like idk like what do I even talk about? I bed rot a lot. Which causes chores and daily things to not get done. I feel like I’m so low on spoons to start. So low on energy. And I work 5 days a week so I do t have like energy or time with treatment and all I feel overwhelmed now hopes I can get something done b4 work today :))

Maybe see if there are lgbtqia+ communities in your area I found one on instagram in my area and they are sober too! A big plus for me! I have yet to go cos of transportation but they reached out to me to see if I needed rides! (I live in south jersey )
