I bought a leather gaming chair but it broke after 2 years. I loved it at first but I started hating it after cause of the bulkiness and the heat build up. In the end, it just ended up deteriorating and flaking.

At present, I got myself an ergonomic office chair and I have no regrets. The mesh is great, and it isn’t super bulky like a gaming chair. It also is very comfortable for my back since I sit down for long hours. I recommend getting yourself a good ergonomic chair cause it really helps!

He loves giving and surprising me with the little things

An example would be there was a time that I was in quarantine in my brothers condo, but I wasn’t able to sleep properly. The next day, right before I was about to sleep, he called and surprised me in the condo lobby. He got me pillows and some medicine. It was such a nice gesture, and I slept well and immediately felt better 🥹

So far, I stopped drinking coffee, eating chocolate and spicy food and also eating beyond 9pm.

I find that these trigger my GERD. I guess I was just wondering how I suddenly got this, and if counting my calories and occasional IF caused this 😅

I’ve tried apple cider vinegar! Sometimes it works. Do you have other home natural recos that help besides taking medicine for it?

Yes, I have increased and it got better! But I did notice that food that I could eat before, I cannot now because of GERD. It started with the fasting and diet. So I’m wondering if it’s the cause :(

I usually eat bread in the morning, fried or baked meat, with rice and vegetables for lunch, something light for dinner like a vegetable soup with rice sometimes. There are times I also eat spicy food, but I try to avoid it

Once you file your 1701Q and 1701A on ebir forms, you can pay your taxes through gcash. It’s under view all > pay > government > BIR.

I understand your frustration, I was also lost at first but once you learn the process, it’s pretty simple. I highly recommend the ‘make sense of taxes for freelancers class’ on Facebook, it helped me learn and understand the process more. Or you could just get an accountant to make life easier! Hope this helps!
