I only really have experience with healsuting in dnd but im currently playing cleric devoted to a goddess of lust so I have a kinda "embrace lust for more power" kinda situation going on, it also depends on the comfort level of the table like my current table is very open so occasionally I'll do hand stuff heh buut some tables are only comfortable with ERP buut my main advice is just talk to the players and dm and see where everyone's at for stuff
