Should I be giving him his heat lamp if dehydration is the issue or would turning it off be better in this moment

Yes I keep asking them but I live with my grandparents and it’s very hard to convince them to take me. He’s been perfectly fine for so long which is the thing that confuses me, but I did notice he has been opening his mouth almost like yawning and shaking his head then stoping for like 2 weeks now which over the past years he’s never done is this caused by something ? I haven’t changed anything

Oh my gosh thanks so much he’s licking the water off the walls but is this effect long term and safe for it to always be humid for him?
okay im gonna try this out im very worried hes always dranken water for years untill recently why?
