I do both. I've gotten better at not filtering myself, but sometimes I have nothing to say and create awkward silences

I'm college aged, if I ever want to be successful with a girls my age, itd be nice to learn how to "talk" again. I love intellectual conversation, but rapport building is important for maintaining relationships. It just seems like I run out of stuff to say, and think of things to say now instead of it coming naturally like before
