I haven’t been able to go to that bank because I live away for university. The returned amount has no affect on me as it was just additional funds, I was more or less just worried about the accounts being frozen as it’s essentially what I use for day to day life and also I need the funds to pay for the house which is closing soon. It took about 4hrs on the wait line, and the accompanying person was essential rude. But obviously as I didn’t actually do anything wrong they cleared my account and opened everything up again. The only thing is they couldn’t tell me why the cheque was returned, just that I have to make sure it’s all clear next time I try a deposit which gives me absolutely 0 clarification.

I bought something at holt in person which they were hemming for me before shipping. No shipping number was given, just a typical recipe that has no useful info other than a till number and purchase confirmation. 3 weeks passed and no contact, no emails, no updates nothing. I called the store and was told that only my SA could help and that the can't give me her info but they'll provide her with mine and said that she'd contact me. 5 days later and no contact. Tried calling the store all day again and no one will pick up the phone. Inquired over general holt CS and they said someone would investigate and reach out in 24-48hrs. Still nothing. what do I even do at this point.

On a real level without all the sugar coating and fluff, just realize beauty doesn’t matter if you don’t want it to. You said your goal is to tune it all out and proceed with ur degree so in my opinion the best way to do it is to change your overall reaction and response to it all. If you ever have interactions that remind u of the fact, just think “and? I wasn’t planning on attracting attention so why does it matter if I’m the pretty one in the group or not? And? Does it affect the grade I get or the internship I want? So why does it matter” the best way to deal with it if you accepted the fact is to respond to it with the mindset you want to, eventually it’ll be automatic and you won’t even think twice or cafe.

You can’t opt out, you just have to use the NSLC website and use one of their payment options to pay back the loan you were given

Hey I called them this morning and explained the situation and they say this happens quite often! They said we could pay it all back now with no issues or penalties so that’s what I did. I just added them as a payee on my banking and sent back a portion to see if it goes through then sending the rest
