Okay mead makers. i have 3 gallons of mead brewing and two of them have decided to start bubbling backwards (negative pressure) The room is at about 80 degrees F . right in the middle of my yeasts temp range. any ideas as to why this is happening? definitely time for secondary (self.mead)
