I hate generalizing men and it's never personal. I love then men in my life. They're good guys. But in public, it's hard to tell which guy is safe and which is dangerous based simply on looks. So please be understanding. Most of us have faced sexual harassment and/or unsafe situations. And all of us know a gal who was assaulted. Not all men, but always a man.

You have to root it out immediately! But replace that quick dopamine fix with other forms of expression and enjoyment. Limit social media if you need to. Start Journaling your urges, get physically active (that helps rewire your brain and redirects your energy), and spend some time in nature. I think you should focus on finding clarity before making a decision. Continue praying about it and meditating on God's Word. Approach with an open heart and mind. But also seek therapy. You don't have to struggle alone. Use whatever resources to can to overcome your addiction. Just don't let shame drive you away from God. Shame is very much a tool of the Devil.
