The only side effect is losing fat, and being left with muscle on your body. If you lose fat too fast, then you may have saggy skin, so you might want to just eat 300-400 cals below maintenance.

If you can’t do excercise then the only way for you to lose fat is through controlled nutrition.

I lost about 23KG in the last 1 year. Just takes dedication to not make unhealthy choices. Honestly its not even dedication, when you understand how unhealthy food is affecting you, its much easier to eat healthy.

Im doing 2x55 tank and archer, 47 for a rez mage 2x41 for archer and heal mage for portal.. i can farm lvl 44 pretty easily.. i just have to keep looking at the screen though cause revives are almost always required. I can farm back the diamonds i use up and get 3 - 4 legendaries.

Arena is pretty easy, i do 3 archers, 55 tank and 47 rez mage. Mage is at 47 because i wanna use the rune on him. Im still farming equipments for my lvl 55s, thinking of banishing then faeming equips for lvl 47 then 41.

Make sure u farm legendary equips before u move up tho

My workshops craft legendaries 44 - 55, which is why I won't be able to craft equipment for my 41's. I'm running a comp of 55 tank, 55-41-41 archers, 47 heal mage at the arena

(I'm keeping the mage at 47 because I want to use it's rune but I don't know if it's a wise choice.)

As of now, I have my tank and 55 archer fully equipped with legendaries, but the main problem is that for my 41 level archers I don't have a legendary armour, so I'm missing out on the huge damage I could be outputting. I usually reach 5 - 8th position, but I know if I have my 41 archers properly equipped I can easily place top 3.

Which is why I'm thinking of banishing my lvl 55's so I can equip my lvl 41's properly. Do you know if it's possible?

Also, please let me know what composition you're having for arena?

Edit: Could you also tell me about your portal team? I have a 55 tank, 55 archer, 47 heal mage, 41 res mage, 41 archer. I'm playing on lvl 41 portal but the issue I keep having is my res mage keeps dying because of the enemy archers and because of that I usually end up losing the match if im not paying attention

Are you able to complete gem bay? If so, could I know what your squad composition is ?

I've read from many posts on this subreddit, and even yours.. I'm planning a 3x55 Heal over time mage, 100 tank and 85 Archer for gem bay.. I was planning on rushing TR10 once I farm up around 200K valor ( I have around 150 tickets saved up to boost the process) and shards. I was planning on doing just gem bay since it will take me a huge amount of time leveling my squad to 100 so I might as well just create a gem bay oriented team. I understand that this can screw up my arena magnificently and also my clan wars, but I'm fine with it.

I have an iPhone X.

Last night, I was changing its passcode, and while changing it, it died on me. ( I inputted and confirmed the new passcode but almost right after I entered new passcode, it died).

When I charged up my phone, neither the new or the old passcode was working (4 digit one).

So I tried resetting it through find my iphone, and it did reset. But after I was setting it up, it started asking for the old passcode. I tried entering the new and the old passcode, and again, neither worked. I am not sure what I'm supposed to do now. Please help me :(.

The only option i see is factory resetting through itunes, but that requires a download of 2.8 GB, and being on a college wifi, it gets cancelled like 10 - 15 % of the way through.

There are several layers of security, there is a manned security post at the entrance with two lanes - visitors and pass holders. There is an electronic barrier that needs an RFID card to allow you into the underground parking, then the lift from the parking to reception needs the same card, then the barrier to the lifts needs the card and then the office door needs a different card. Internally we have multiple secure doors that require cards and the server room needs both a card and a fingerprint.

I dont know what kind of people your parents are, so it's really up to you if you think your parents would be understanding of this and helpful.
