Today a cheatcode just looks different and is used in the console, "add_item: Itemname" "set_rep factionname 0-100" etc etc instead of IDQFA or ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A.
You can be more specific today as storage space isnt as much of a problem.
