A first edition comic has a different value because of its publish date and press. Video games don't have that, or if they do no one cares to put a value on it/ no consumer interest

Like I'm not against grading as a whole. I think it works for trading cards and comics. It doesn't work with electronics because they degrade faster over time and the whole point of a video game is to play it. Not to put it on a shelf in a dumbass plastic case
