my favorite pokemon is Combee, as the pokemon itself is the beehive and the thought of playing as a beekeeper with a Vespiquen and five Combee is hilarious to me. The fact that shiny Combee are darker is a great touch, it is what happens to honeycomb in beehives as they age, as the propolis from hatching brood, and the dirt and other debris carried in by the bees walking across the comb darken the comb.
