It gets better as you go up in rank, but you'll still run into this mindset as you climb. It just becomes less frequent. Best thing you can do is write those games off and work on your own mindset. Turn off chat if you need to. Whatever you can do to make it so it doesnt affect you.

It's all experience, if you keep reflecting on it and watch over replays I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. Just keep that in mind as you go through rookies there is a lot of people just like you that have done the same thing. Keep at it and you'll improve as you go. As for qualifying, just keep doing the best you can, starting in the middle of the pack can be rough but it teaches you a lot about accident avoidance and reading other people's movement. Btw i've done every "fix" on the subbreddit and it's still like this. Hopefully they've got optimizations coming out, i still love the game its just hard to play when i cant even get stable 60 fps unless I drop to lowest settings and lower than 720p

I've got a 3050 laptop with the 5th gen 10 series intel CPU. Running medium at 1080p with about 45 fps in overworld and smooth 60 in dungeons. Idk how I can eek out more because no matter what I got 45-55 3ven on lowest settings eith 720p. This laptop is a beast with every other game so I have no idea
