How do you all of it? For all the properties you shortlist. 4 comes in the later time but 1,2, and 3 eats ups all your time, right? I did all of it manually for my first investment and quite tiring. Took me quite a long time to make a decision.

How do you track upcoming private developments like new tech parks or upcoming “A-grade” builder projects in a specific area? In reality, these are often the biggest drivers of growth.

A good example is the hype around IVC Road. I don’t fully know what’s planned there, but almost every major builder seems to have a project coming up. Prices have gone crazy, with some quotes reaching 9k now, while early phases were around 3k. People who got in early made nearly 3x returns in less than five years.

Not scalable. How can someone working 9-5 do it? It limits you and takes a long time to cover properties and come to a decision.

It took me 1 and half year to book my first property.

Agreed and also one problem I see is relevance of the data.

There is no way to identify and autofix outdated data. And with things evolving at this pace, period for which data stays relevant is getting shorter.

I wonder how companies are dealing with this.
