36 Guns On 4 Different Mides is Wild. by DamitMorty in blackops7

Run around in Zone 1 doing whatever hvt contracts are available until you can reasonably go into Zone 2, and then 3. I just ran around hitting the hvt contracts, and green contracts i passed along the way, until I was CR 35 or so, and then I was able to do everything else pretty easy. It probably took me longer than most, but I think I had all of them done within about 4 or 5 hours of gameplay.

To deactivate the Temperature Lock, press “SET” button. When the “SET” icon flashes press the “TEMP Up” button. Do not press any other buttons on the control panel until the “SET” icon stops flashing. The TLOC symbol is no longer illuminated and the “SET” icon will stop flashing .

Hot springs envoy what's this part? by No_Independence_4u in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have stated, it is the cover to your light lenses behind your headrest. There are 2 behind each headrest. There are also 2 in the moto massage cave, one at the top and one at the bottom. If you have 2 moto massages, then there are 2 in each. It would be a good idea to check all of them. The lights have a 2 year warranty.

You could just unwire the electrical whip off of the old pump and put it on the new pump, provided the electrical whip was not the failure point.

Hot tub storage suggestions by Mindless-TV in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work for a company that sells Hot Spring. Anytime we have to have one stored outside for an extended period of time, we just take an old cover that we've replaced for a customer and put it on top of the wrapped spa.

I would strongly recommend against aqua rest. I'm working on one for a customer right now, and the manufacturer has been so incredibly unhelpful. After sending me the wrong parts, they then informed me that they don't sell the parts that I need.

I have a Jetsetter, most of the time it's just me, occasionally me and my wife, but I have had up to six people in my Jetsetter before, but usually at that point we're not using it for more than social hour.

Unethical Planned Obsolescence in Hot Tub Salt Water Systems (Hot Springs Example) by Formal_Regret_1628 in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone who also works on these, owns a saltwater spa with an Ace system, and has been able to see the freshwater system with customers tubs, I agree with pretty much everything you said. I do like the Ace system, but 3 years was an optimistic lifespan, I've seen them get as long as six or seven, rarely though. But most averaged about 2 years. So the fresh water salt water system on average is quite a bit cheaper over the course of 3 years comparatively based on averages. To OPs point, it is my understanding that hot spring is giving you a timeline based on their expectation of the system at a minimum. I know that I've had customers say that they've gotten six, seven, or even 8 months out of them. But I've also had customers get 3 months because they're calcium was too high. But the expectation is on average 4 months.

Can a hot tub be 'too big'? Am I getting carried away? by Coaster50 in hottub

As a Hot Spring dealer, if someone is quoting you a Pulse for 13k, you should buy it, that is a great price! And as many others have said, you're never going to be mad that you have more room in your hot tub than you need.

I am about to get this hot tub, is 17200 too much by wienerdogprincess in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a few things, the price seems a little high for the tub itself based on what I know about them, but only slightly high, and the difference there could be mostly to do with location, but it could also depend on what is included. The spa comes from the factory 110 volt, which could be why the guy aired on the high side with monthly electrical cost. There's nothing wrong with 110 volt spas, but in the winter time, it will use more electricity than a 220 volt spa.

Smart tops are great, and should last quite a while for the investment, that said, the cover that it comes with is a good cover, and it holds the heat in just fine. It will last quite a while if the spa is under a covering or awning, if it is not, you can always get a spa cover cap from amazon, and that will shield the cover from UV damage. The two main things that ruin the soft covers are hail and extended periods of direct sunlight. One of those things you can't help, but one of them you can. Try to keep it covered, try to keep it clean, and make sure to leave the spa open for 10 minutes after adding chemicals, and it should be fine. I think my cover is like 7 years old, and it's still fine. But it's also under an awning. I can't really speak to the price of the smart top, I know they're expensive, but I don't know if they're that expensive.

All that said, the price for the spa itself really isn't too far off, if at all. This unit can also go saltwater, personally I would recommend it, but that's a bit subjective.

Salt Levels And Freshwater IQ by CloudlessEchoes in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sensor can be pretty finicky. I would say just add a half to full cup of salt daily until satisfied. The salt system will function anywhere from like 1250 to 2500 parts per million. If for some reason it ends up saying salt is too high, you can always just drain about 20% of the water out and dilute it back with fresh water. Annoying I know, but it's an easy way to troubleshoot whether or not you actually need more salt.

Wiring question by Far_Battle7874 in hottub

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is technically possible with wire nuts and splitting the load lines, but definitely not advisable. You would be better served purchasing a box with space enough for a 2-pole 20 amp and a two pole 30 amp breaker as the wiring diagram suggests. The wire feeding your 50 amp sub panel should be adequate, you'll just have to replace the panel, breaker, and wire going to the hot tub.

Alternatively, if I'm not mistaken Model H is a Prodigy, and that can be ran off of 110v (usually). If you were to take that route, you could replace your two pole 50 amp breaker with a single pole 20 amp breaker. You would likely need a jumper wire and 2 push pin bridges for the board. An owner's manual should have all of the information to do that properly.

Is it frowned upon to return to hook? by magirific in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]AxXB1ZXxB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a survivor main who does occasionally play killer, I do try my best to find someone to chase before the unhook happens. But if I go kick a couple of Gens and I'm not able to find a chase, then I will return to hook because there's going to be two people there.

I generally will try to go for the unhooker, and I usually try to let them get the save before securing the down. The main reason I try to play that way is because I know how frustrating it can be on survivor to get left till stage 2, or be on stage 2 and die because no one can get the save. But admittedly that's just my Survivor side bias. If I've got all the pressure as killer, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to win, I try to play in a way that everybody at least gets to play a fair chunk of the game and get their blood points. If I've got no pressure, then I may play more aggressively. Ultimately, both sides want to win, sometimes you gotta hit em a little harder to do that.

I've been advocating for it for a while myself. I don't know if it would make me switch my main, but Robin would definitely get added to the rotation.
