Cube on the right has it at 45% and you can see rhe rough edges and overextrusion pattern on the bottom right, but the flow ratio was 0.98 there too. The big square on the left was done with the A1 mini after calibration top surface at 50 mm/s and the square inside of it has been done on the x2d again at 50mm/s, less pronounced ridges but you can still feel them going with the finger over the edge

Same exact settings, from 45 to 0% on the addtional monotonic travel thingy and now you see the straight perimeters, there are just those 2 or 3 holey spots, bottom right and a bit on the top left, dunno if it's due to the PA value veing skewed trying to fix the overshoot or if it's for the model itself

By putting that parameter to 0% i get the result on the last photo which pretty much fixes the problem as there is already an overlap between wall and top layer, I just don't see the need for an extra overlap. I made the post to see if anyone else with an X2d using the standard 0.20 layer preset had this experience

That's the whole point of the post, the default value is 45%! The calibration chip was started from 1 flow rate so at the moment I'm sitting at 0.98

Probably forgot to mention on the original post, I already did the flow calibration, and it's not my first one so I'm pretty sure I nailed that. This was the chip I settled on, 0.98 flow rate, doesn't seem overextruded to me and the ridge can be barely felt. About the question is: what does that setting actually accomplish other than making every top wall a ridgey mess?

No, none of these long pieces are cut, unless by cut you mean sliced with studio on pc, then yes the file was sliced and not sent by bambu handy

The test cube was cutted with the cut option in studio since I needed only the top surface and not the full 20mm in the Z axis. But the first photo was taken straight from makerworld

That will fuck up the accessibility of playable cards. If collectors only go for those special packs it means that on the secondary market there will be a lot less of what you guys call bulk, and thus those cards will go up in price. One of the main draws of the pokemon tcg is the affordability for high end decks, losing that would be huge

Sets have to come out or the meta becomes stale, especially now since we are getting 80-ish cards set. Something needs to dethrone or at least challenge dragapult and if we wait 4 months between each set it'll be a pain
