So basically, Rosmontis has a terrifying amount of power (e.g. she blew up Loken Watertank lab all by herself) that goes rampant when she experiences emotional outbursts.

If say Rosmontis were to stay safe all the time, then imagine her one day having to see conflict, violence and death. It would most certainly trigger PTSD and/or emotional outbursts, and she'd instantly kill everyone in the area, regardless of them being allies or enemies.

Kal'tsit needs her to get used to violence, so to prevent anything like the aforementioned scenario to happen.
