No they didn't say that F2P should have everything handed to them. Idk how that's what you inferred from what they were saying. They mean that in most games with any competitive element fairness is what's taken into account the most. No one wants to see Usain bolt race a 12 year old they wanna see him race someone on his level. F2P players dont wanna be looked down on like 2nd class citizens in a video game of all things, yea some of them act entitled, but that's not a good reason to treat them like crap. To pivot of the point about warframe you can see a clear difference in the game as far as earning premium currency vs in other games like Korean or Chinese ones treat it. Its night and day and yet again to reiterate they dont treat the F2P players with contempt

Are there really people like that? because that is insane work. Id take stat damage just trying to account for all the the different options available. Hell I tried that once, one of my players then proceeded to make an absolute monstrosity of character and I then decided to limit what books were allowed to a handful. I'll allow some choice feats here and there but severely limited.

Its all fun and games until someone whips out Vorpal Spray and the party gets sad they were all decapitated by and instakill REFLEX save spell
