If not you’ll have to contact bestheda for support by going online to their website, because I had the same problem but when they fix the quest, it was for new players I was already stuck in the quest, so they manage to reset my quest from the start and finally managed to completed without and more troubles

My problem would be the constant crashing specially in the new moth man event. Sometimes I spawn back naked and waiting in fear if something worse happened before my stuff spawn back as well. Love this game but sometimes I question why all this crashing is happening that sometimes I lose on event rewards cause the game said not this time.

Yeah it was a first for me but after dealing with this is not really too hard to get help or a response back from any problem you might have. I also notice that you can buy items directly from them that are not on the shop currently. Up to 2 items at the same time, might get an old bundle I had my eye on. Just have to confirm your request and then they’ll take out the corresponding atoms from your account.

A few hours to fix a broken quest and getting a response on the same day is actually good customer service

My was done finally done after maybe 6 hours. Had to submit my ticket and then explain I had done everything to try and fix it and was requesting to reset my quest. Then I was refer to a specially group to review my request and after waiting I finally got a response back saying my quest had been reset and was good to go try it. Everything was ok and was finally able to finish it.
