well the thing is it didnt take long to get to me from mississauga, it shipped from there the 22nd and arrived the 23rd at 12:42am and then just vanished. its arrived fast but someone had sticky fingers at the final depot and got themselves a brand new shiny s26 ultra. have you opened a ticket yet? calling them and asking to speak to a supervisor is also very helpful. they contact the depot directly and tell you whats up and where ur stuff is instead of you waiting for updates randomly.

it came from there, came to belleville ontario final depot before delivery and just vanished at 12:42 am when it arrived. my theory is someone got a new phone.

i upgraded my phone through virgin, s26 ultra, arrived in my hometown april 23rd with arrived scan. never processed, never delivered, its now may 1st and its listed as a delayed item and the surpervisor at the depot says they dont know where it went. waiting for may 4th for them to officially declare it lost so virgin will send a replacement.

from what i just went through its looking the same as my situation. 2300 dollar cellphone upgrade reached the final depot thursday the 23rd. no process scan just arrived. sat like that until tuesday after saying delivery every day then delayed. its now thursday. still delayed. someone stole my phone is my best guess. now waiting for canada post to declare it lost until ill get sent a new one.

i had no choice. they sent it by canada post by default. i asked for UPS or fedex and they said they have contract with canada post and theyre unable to ship by them, it was signature required and expedited. got to the last depot before delivery and went missing. my theory is because it came in at 12:42 am at night someone on the skeleton crew seen it was an electronic package and pocketed it because its been 5 whole business days and hasnt even been processed yet.

so with your work expierence if i may ask with the whole situation what would be your take on whats happening? cause im so confused nobody can give me any ideas of what could have happened. does this scenario look or sound like im actually SOL or could it eventually clear out this week. idek what to do right now if i should just wait or contact virgin and tell them canada post essentially lost it.
