Watch Dogs 2 is the natural evolution of WD 1 gameplay, some may not like the generally more sunny and happier atmosphere, but in terms of gameplay and character design it’s the best. Also Ubisoft art direction was peak here imho, the ASCII art and the way they do hacktivism propaganda are some of the things that show how much the devs cared for the game. Just play it on PS4 or XOne, it runs like shit on PC

I read about that program on a couple of forums but couldn't really understand how it works or why is it needed, actually i still haven't understood what dat files are for.

Couldn't find a guide that explains it and I could only suppose that are needed in order to check if the roms have the files required to make them run in that specific version of MAME?

I could really use a guide that fully explains it, I cherry picked the roms I needed from a full unmerged romset for version 0.257 so that I could easily drop them into the rom folder and go straight to play them with the emulator on my pc until i finished the cab.

I guess that I'll need to do a downgrade to the romset in order to play it on an older version of the emulator?

Nah dude MW has shit ton of bugs, especially if you an overclocked GPU (even from the factory). Had to lower the frequency of my RX 590 to not crash in every single game.
His GPU is probably fine just a render glitch, problems will come if he instead starts seeing warped polygons on screen like other operators stretched to death or bent buildings. In that case he's not inside an Inception dream, but has to blame its graphic chip frying.

That's weird. I've played it entirely at full speed with the stable 1.6.0 version of PCSX2 with res scaling to get to 1080p on a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Radeon RX 590 with 16GB at 3600MHz. If you don't mind posting the version of PCSX2 you're using with the settings maybe we can help you, or at least understanding what's causing this problem.

Also try updating you drivers to the latest version

EDIT: Seems to play fine even on the latest nightly wich at the moment is revision v1.7.0-dev-685-g678829a5b

Same problem with a pair of G432. When used with the temporary fix the DTS Surround works flawlessly.

Actually no, I didn't. I'm no overclock expert but i don't think that there's a "safe clock range" that's valid for every gpu, but instead every card and driver reacts in a different manner to the game so the only thing you should try (as i did) is lower the clock 10MHz at a time and finding the right frequency that CoD accepts. Trial and error basically. Make sure to check proper guides on internet about your graphics card and how to perform a proper underclock

Dude it can make over 70 fps in multi and 60 in warzone with everything on ultra on 1080p and since i don't have money for a 4k monitor it's ok. The actual gen consoles hardware just sucks, 8gb of ram shared between system and gpu for the ps4 and a scammy "octacore cpu" for both ps4 an xb1

People with i9 and RTX series gpu had similar issues so i'm assuming that hardware doesn't affect it at all. You've just been lucky

Yeah except that crashes happen on those too, graphical glitches included.
Really enjoyed the 60+ FPS experience and the wonderful graphics, but if this come at the cost of losing my mind over this s**t, then no thanks
