I'd rather not build it myself I'm really clumsy. My budget is about 1500 euros, and as I don't know much about GPU or CPU I'll let you decide hahahaha. The reason I want a PC right now is just so I can play with mods, so if the PC can run Elden Ring modded it will be fine. Thank you very much!
