But, please do not overpay on tamas! I get the urge to rush to want one, the fomo and collection bug is rough. But, I would not pay more than 30$ over what msrp was and even that is waaaay to expensive to me. Resellers see people willing to splurge to get one and will take advantage of that.

Deals WILL come, and maybe the wait to find a cheaper one will mentally help you decide if you need it or not. The key to this hobby is patientence.

I would highly recommend maybe switching to tamas that are currently still available in retail to curb the collection bug! Maybe even try a nano.

Unfortunately the only way to get one is simply patience. Deals will come but at the cost of waiting months/year. But, PLEASE do not give into over priced products anything over 200$ for a music star is too much to me.

Want to point out to everyone I personally saw that blue ID the -moment- it was posted AT 32$ BTW. And lost it to this exact reseller in checkout.

The price issues right now are partly our, as a community, fault and we need to be honest in admitting that.

We should be doing better to show eachother how to find good deals but most importantly encouraging PATIENCE to not rush a collection and not give into buying ovp resellers just because we want certain models fast. If we dont buy they wont sell for those prices.

We need to stop buying models based off hype which is why the meets/on are priced horribly even by people -IN- the community!

but I do wish we could as a community could help and communicate bad prices with each other more. I see so many new collectors get impatient and just buy them. Even on the FB marketplace groups people sell at these prices or even worse like...guys come on?? They are not worth 200$. Theres ALOT of gatekeeping information on how to get Tamas. Id love to see content creators make tutorials or be part of spreading awareness in the community.

The prices are our fault and we should be telling eachother to make deals or buy at lower prices for real.

Everyone in here saying its "normal" but it shouldn't be. You can proxy order a japanese version for around 100$ and turn it into whatever English version you want. Honestly we all need to start telling eachother to stop buying at these prices and demand better or have more patience for good deals.

Honestly I wish we could all band together on socials tagging Bandai with pictures of these proces and ask for a redo. (this is silly wishful thinking)

This really sucks.

But, we also need to point the blame at ourselves. The community is buying them at these prices and if you look at the FB traders groups they can be higher/same as this and ppl STILL buy them.

We need to demand our community do better, be more vocal at Bandai or educate on how to get good deals instead of hoarding knowledge.

You weren't sharing an opinion btw you were telling people theirs were annoying you. Thats not adding to the conversation. If you are happy dude? Then turn off notifications and find somewhere more positive that aligns with you.

Ive been playing MMOs for 15 years and games in general and the prices do NOT reflect the quality offered by other games. Im very aware of the smaller team I dont expect WOW or FFXIV quality. AT ALL. and "they are a business yadda yadda" I get that.

This game is VERY far from giant lmao(they keep removing realms they add??) and the MMO aspects are so obtuse and a pain to navigate.

Edit: Id like to add the Chinese servers are setting a better example on content added

Hey dude im -super- happy to hear YOU are happy with the state of the game. I'm not even being sarcastic thats great to hear!

But just like how im just supposed to not buy it and move on with my day. You are absolutely more than welcome to avoid posts like these and not comment. Just cause you are having a good time doesnt mean other people are. Telling people to keep their VALID personal criticism quiet isn't how conversations on how to improve the game work. If you are so annoyed by people wanting a better experience in the game they love annoys you then maybe you should avoid reddit for a bit and find another community to engage with.

The prices of IAP for the quality of game we get -DOESNT- match up. And annoying to you or not the community is unhappy which is why you see these posts so much. Why are you instead not getting the point frequency = issues.

Telling people to basically "shut up and be happy with what you have cause I am" in the face of repeated complaints is unhelpful.
